Tough Hero was a high-tech crime-fighter who took on threats of a sci-fi nature.
TOUGH TECH
Tough Hero employed various ultra-scientific equipment in his battle against evil. He wore a technologically-advanced suit which enhanced his strength and fighting skills, and gave him the ability to fire energy blasts.
His mode of transportation was a special motorcycle packed with high-tech weaponry and was also capable of flight.

A young orphan who becomes Tough Hero's sidekick.

DR. ALDZKIE

Aldzkie is finally defeated while molesting children dressed as a birthday clown. How the mighty fall.
